Enter the size of your dining room. The plan shows the table, the chairs and the space to walk around them.
Leave 75-90 cm (29½-35½ in) behind a chair someone is sitting in. 75 cm is enough in a tight dining room, 90 cm lets people pass comfortably, and if someone is serving, 105-120 cm helps. These are the gaps dining room planning guides recommend.
A 200 × 100 cm table will fit.
That leaves 110 cm (43¼ in) at each end and 130 cm (51¼ in) behind the chairs along the sides.
The largest we recommend: 270 × 110 cm.
Three woods, each with natural and dark oil. The photos are close-ups without filters; the samples show them best.

Honey-coloured and warmer with age. Clear medullary rays; we keep only small, sound knots.

The palest, almost cream, with a bold grain. Harder than oak.

Chocolate brown with a hint of purple; over the years it lightens a little in the sun.
Not sure which? Order samples of all three woods; we refund the price when you order a table. Wood samples
We make chairs, benches and shelves in short runs from the same boards as the tables. You choose the wood for every piece.

We are a five-person workshop near Bydgoszcz, Poland. We season our own boards, glue and oil every top by hand, and each table stands in the workshop for a day before packing so we can check it does not wobble.
We make short runs and tables to measure, so there is no warehouse full of ready tops. Instead, with every order you know who will be sanding your table.
A 240 cm oval, a round table with a leaf, a top cut at an angle for an alcove: tell us what you need. The joiner will reply with a drawing and a quote.
A photo of the room helps, but is not required.
Tables and larger pieces travel by pallet freight to your door; chairs, shelves and stools by courier. A made-to-measure table ships 4-6 weeks after you approve the drawing.

The reviews are examples, because this is a demo shop. We keep them in the language they were written in.

Der Tisch ist auf den Zentimeter so gekommen, wie wir ihn im Konfigurator eingestellt hatten. Die Spedition hat einen Tag vorher angerufen, die Beine waren in zehn Minuten dran.
The table arrived exactly as we had set it in the configurator, to the centimetre. The carrier called the day before, and the legs were on in ten minutes.

We paid the import VAT to the courier on delivery, which the shop had told us about, so no surprises. The walnut is darker in real life than on my screen, and nicer.

Najpierw zamówiliśmy próbki i to był dobry pomysł: jesion na żywo był dla nas za jasny. Stół z orzecha z naturalną krawędzią stoi od pół roku i nie ma na nim ani jednej plamy.
We ordered the samples first, which was a good idea: in real life the ash was too pale for us. The live-edge walnut table has been in use for six months without a single mark.
The shop runs on WooCommerce, which most shop owners already know. Languages, currencies and the configurator are custom code, with no monthly plugin subscriptions.
Allow 60 cm (23½ in) per person along the sides and one person at each end if the table is at least 80 cm (31½ in) wide. A 200 × 100 cm table seats 8, a 240 cm table seats 10. The configurator works it out for you.
No. Furniture made to the buyer’s specification is excluded from the 14-day right to cancel. That is why we send a drawing for approval before cutting the wood, and you can order wood samples first. Ready-made furniture can be returned within 14 days.
You see the cost in the basket. Tables travel on a pallet to Germany and Austria, and to the UK too, just more slowly. Within the EU there is no duty and nothing extra to pay. For deliveries to the UK, the recipient pays UK import VAT and the carrier’s clearance fee.
We set prices in Polish złoty and convert them to euros and pounds every day at the National Bank of Poland mid rate, with a small margin for conversion costs. Your order keeps the rate of the day you bought.
Day to day, a damp cloth is enough. Once or twice a year, wipe the top with the oil from the care kit we send with the table. Scratches and dull patches can be sanded out locally, which you cannot do with a lacquered top.
Yes, prices include Polish VAT at 23%. In this demo shop the same rate applies to every country; a real shop charges customers in other EU countries through the OSS scheme at their national rates. For the UK, import VAT is paid on delivery.
